portant;">學校鼓勵教師參與教研、科研,并采取"選苗子、結對子、壓擔子、讓位子、結果子"的方式,鼓勵教師參加教研工作。學校制定了一系列鼓勵教師參加教研的政策,鼓勵教師圍繞教學各環節開展深入的研究工作,對取得科研成果的教師給予獎勵。學校明確規定,凡省市行政*和財政*組織的有關教研活動,學術活動、人員培訓、教材編寫,學校均派員參加,全額報銷往返旅差費、會務費,其他機構組織的學術活動,也根據需要積極參加。2001年承擔市級科研課題《通用工資管理系統》、《中學田徑運動會通用管理軟件》的研究、開發,還參加了*教育科學"十五"規劃教育部重點課題《職業指導和創業教育的研究與實驗》的實驗和《學分制改革研究》實驗。

portant;">教師參與教研科研的積極性普通較高,學校每期組織一次教育教學工作經驗交流,每年編一期《*教研論文》和一期《學生工作》共2部論文集,有的教師還自己出了論文集。近5年來,公開發表的論文有155篇,獲獎論文46篇(*級16篇、省級19篇,市級11篇),學校教師主編教材4本,參編教材18本。教師參與科研,極大地提高了教學水平。
